In a society obsessed with losing weight, being skinny, and
fad diets, it got me thinking if we have all been wasting our time at Weight Watchers
and Slimming World, and squandering our time doing the Cabbage Soup diet, the 3
day diet, the Lemonade diet, the Baby-food diet, the No-Carb diet and all the
other millions of diets I’m sure all of us have tried at some point.
What if the answer was much simpler and the way to lose calories
was simply by fidgeting?
